The High Tech Research Center in Chula Vista's Eastlake Business Park comprises three one and two-story concrete tilt-up structures that total 55,000 SF. Providing front-loaded glass sectional roll-up doors for each proposed space as well as customary storefront windows and doors offers the developer a very flexible range of options for configuring space that can attract a variety of users.
Founded in 1984 as Eric Davy, AIA & Associates, the firm initially provided services primarily to the speculative office, industrial and hospitality development communities. In 1991, We expanded into serving the public sector with projects for the U.S. Navy and Coronado Unified School District. Our diversification into school design was firmly established in 1995 when we won the Award for Outstanding Design and Planning for Mesa Ridge High School in Colorado Springs, CO. Having completed several medical office buildings, we added acute care hospital work to our portfolio beginning in 2012. Entering our second generation, we remain equally devoted to the needs of our clients and the integrity of our architecture; striving to bring value to every project.
