First designed as a wholesale retail/industrial complex to accommodate large retailers, this concrete tilt-up building on a 2-acre site was engineered to receive a future second floor, providing for the potential conversion of the 30,000 SF wholesale retail space into 60,000 SF office space.
First occupied by Laing Thermotech as a corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility for flow-through heaters and hydronic heating components, the structure was re-purposed and now houses US University.
