Conceived as an affordable "back to the future" project, these seven small detached single-family, two-story homes average just 1,300 SF each, clustered on 2,000 SF lots. The El Cajon Community Corporation sponsored this pilot project of Craftsman and Colonial style cottages, each with front porches, balconies, and single carports. The homes include two or three bedrooms, with two and half bathrooms, living and dining rooms, and kitchens complete with walk-in pantries.
